    Overview: A comprehensive SaaS platform built for transit agencies to manage ADA paratransit eligibility and travel training. As the sole technical owner and Principal Engineer, I architected, built, and maintain the entire platform from the ground up. The system digitizes paper-heavy workflows, ensures strict legal compliance (like the ADA 21-day determination window), and vastly improves service accessibility for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

    Core System Modules:

    • Client Portal: Engineered a secure digital hub that replaces traditional paper forms. Features dynamic, multi-level application forms with conditional logic, secure document uploads, digital signatures, and automated professional verification workflows.
    • Paratransit Eligibility: Developed a streamlined intake-to-determination engine. It includes cognitive screening and functional assessment tools, automated determination letter generation (PDFs), and a background job system for SMS/email appointment reminders to reduce costly no-shows.
    • Travel Training: Built a centralized module for trainers to log sessions in real-time, track individualized trainee goals, map barriers, and generate comprehensive progress reports.
